"I recently switched my auto insurance to State Farm and Cindy was able to tailor my policy to better fit my current needs. She reduced the coverage where I didn't need it and increased the coverage where there were some gaps. The net effect was that I ended up with a policy that gave me better coverage while reducing my overall premium. Normally, I would just pocket the difference and go on my merry way. However, Cindy brought up some very good points. I have grown children that are married and starting families. So, she suggested life insurance policies for my children/grandchild and a 529 Plan for my grandchild. As we are born, so shall we pass. The only question is when. With that, the children/grandchild are all young and are in good health. So, the premiums are low. We opted for term life for the children and whole life for the grandchild. The 529 Plan for my grandchild resonated with me the most because it goes to enhance his financial future. Thanks to Cindy's knowledge and efforts, I feel great knowing that I've done more than just get auto insurance for the people that matter to me the most."

"Garbage agent. No idea who the guy is cause he never returns my calls, texts, or emails. I had my vehicle totalled out due to another driver being at fault and I couldn't even get my insurance to help me. I was literally told to go through the at faults insurance FROM MY INSURANCE! I had full coverage through these trolls and couldn't even get a call back. In the end I got screwed because I didn't understand half of it and no one would explain it to me. I now know 100% that insurance is a scam. I know I still have to have it, but it won't be with this trash company. Rod, like a bad neighbor you sure didn't care. Hope you have the day you deserve.edited to add photos sense rod is claiming I never reached out. Thanks for not writing me back after I said why I wasn't staying with your company!"

"Spoke to Patty. Very argumentative. As soon as I mentioned that I wanted to make a complaint, Patty said no one else in the office was available, but only after I brought up the complaint; before that, I was waiting to speak to the manager with no problem. Horrible customer service. Switching agents as soon as possible."

At the time you were speaking with Patty, my office manager and I were engaged in scheduled meetings with customers, which made it inappropriate to interrupt those appointments. Since my office is adjacent to Patty’s, I was able to hear your conversation. Patty accurately explained the policy changes you requested and how our billing system operates. Unfortunately, our system does not allow for manual overrides to accommodate such requests. As Patty mentioned, once the underwriting department completes their review of the policy changes, your bill will be updated accordingly for September, at which point you can make the adjusted payment. Patty is an experienced and dedicated team member who remained calm throughout your call despite your raised voice. We ask for mutual respect in all communications. If you decide to work with another agent, please let us know, and we will be happy to facilitate your preferred transfer. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Rod Villamor"
