"I’ve been with State Farm for 40 years and over the years I’ve had nothing but satisfaction when you call the office you’re going to be talking to a live person and you don’t have to push a bunch of buttons the staff is amazing whenever I call Karen answers the phone and she knows it’s me right away this type of communication and service is very hard to find in today’s world it gives you gratitude knowing you matter

"Garbage agent. No idea who the guy is cause he never returns my calls, texts, or emails. I had my vehicle totalled out due to another driver being at fault and I couldn't even get my insurance to help me. I was literally told to go through the at faults insurance FROM MY INSURANCE! I had full coverage through these trolls and couldn't even get a call back. In the end I got screwed because I didn't understand half of it and no one would explain it to me. I now know 100% that insurance is a scam. I know I still have to have it, but it won't be with this trash company. Rod, like a bad neighbor you sure didn't care. Hope you have the day you deserve.edited to add photos sense rod is claiming I never reached out. Thanks for not writing me back after I said why I wasn't staying with your company!"

"I was in search of a new insurance coverage. One that provided me exactly what I needed. I had the privilege to come in contact with State Farm insurance agent Mark Heinze. What I would like to share about this agent, is that he wasn't just looking for a sale but to provide pure customer satisfaction. He was kind and professional, informative and knowledgeable about insurance policies and what would best fit my need. He wasn't trying to make a buck, but provide me with the coverage at a price that would fit what I was looking for.

The premium that was quoted to me was far less than its competitors as well as receiving discounts for bundling.

State Farm agent Mark truly went above and beyond to provide customer service. He not only represent State Farm insurance, but he represents the community. Truly seeking to provide customer service and meeting us with the coverage that would satisfy our needs.

I thank him for the follow-up that he has provided on a consistent basis to ensure of my satisfaction and if there's any additional services that I may be interested in.

"I had a great experience with State Farm and am sad to have to leave! I totally understand it’s not their fault rates went up, but I definitely going to try to go back in a year! "I spoke with Rynette Raja from Rod Villamors office in regards to an auto increase with my policy. Rynette was extremely transparent with the cause of the increase and offered multiple ways to get my premium to a comfortable area. She is very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. I know the ongoing rate increases in California are due to poor policies and not the fault of State Farm and their employees. I praise the helpful responses from them in time of chaos. I hope everyone can understand that if they have an issue with the way insurance is going, that they should call your governors office and give them your thoughts as opposed to the employees of State farm.
