My team member, Kamila Nowicki, initially contacted and helped you with your State Farm car policy and has been your point of contact since 2024. Other team members, including Tiffany Tipton, have also assisted with making policy changes based on an email that you sent me this past August. When I reviewed your contact with our Customer Care Center, where representatives are available 24 hours a day, I noted that you called before our office opened at 8:30 a.m.

Until I read your review and received your email this morning, I was unaware of your service and claim handling concerns, as I had not heard from you until I read your review and email that you sent yesterday. My team and I would be happy to share your claim handling concerns with claims management.
